Welcome to #JustAnOutdoorGal May! This month I had the wonderful experience of talking to Heidi Henry, a runner, avid trash picker-upper, and long-time vegan.

This month I had the distinct pleasure of speaking with Ayme Sinclair, who has competed in sailing races around the world! She is a tenacious, strong woman and it was a pleasure to interview her for our March #JustAnOutdoorGal post.
Welcome to February! After a stressful January, it was a treat to get to speak with Kathleen about the best ways to live a simpler life via tiny living. Couldn’t most of stand to learn one or two things about that?
Welcome to our December #JustAnOutdoorGal! We can’t believe the new year is coming up – we’re so excited to say farewell to 2016 with a conversation with Erin Fitzgerald. By combining public work and her love for running and the outdoors, Erin has been able to manifest her passions in a unique way.

Hey everyone! Welcome to November. {Seriously?!} For this month’s #JustAnOutdoorGal feature, we were psyched to get an opportunity to talk to Caitlin Knutson, part owner of a trapping supply company in Iowa. She and her partner, Kylee, own Funke Trap Tags and Supplies, Inc.

I’m excited to return to the #justanoutdoorgal series this month with Liz Gill! After a month spent with my nose deep in textbooks, it was such a treat to spend some time talking to Liz about her life and work.
Anagha is crushing her legal studies in Europe this month, so I’ve taken over August’s #JustAnOutdoorGal feature. But you know what? I’m not sad; not one bit. Because I sat down with Patrice LaVigne, an outdoor adventuress-writer-nomad who I’ve gotten to know over the past couple of years. And y’all, her story is a lot of fun!

Growing up with the Angeles National Park in her backyard, Pamela Zoolalian has been outdoors her entire life. Running alongside the gully housing creek by her house, she would collect tadpoles and frogs and all manner of creatures – from the beginning, Pamela was enamored with the outdoors. She went on her first backpacking trip when she was just ten, heading to Santa Catalina Island with a group of other kids. In fact, her most recent trip occurred just last weekend. Pamela is a woman who is always on the move.

We’ve gotten the chance to speak with and feature some pretty incredible women over the last several months of #justanoutdoorgal, and we’re so excited to keep this love going with Kate Titterington.
